I just want to greet you a Merry Merry Christmas.
I now live here in Canada and I’ll tell you this: Wala pa rin sasaya sa Pasko ng Pinas.
Maliban sa traffic, nami-miss ko ang lahat. Puto bumbong, bibingka, queso de bola, reunion, etc.
But for me Christmas is more than just a celebration. This is also a great time to reflect, be grateful, and plan ahead.
Success in life won’t happen by accident.
You have to carefully plan your future.
Do you want to be debt-free?
Do you want to start a profitable business this 2016?
Gusto mong pumayat?
Do you want to become the best father or mother for your kids?
All that, you have to desire it in your heart, set a goal, plan on how to execute it, and be relentless.
BE RELENTLESS! Wag kang titigil until you reach your goal.
I just heard a story how relentless our Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach is.
It was her third try, pangatlong beses nya na sumali sa Binibining Pilipinas-Universe.
First attempt – Talo.
Second attempt – Talo na naman!
And on her third try, she finally won the Miss Universe Philippines.
Now, she is our Miss Universe and she makes us all proud.
That’s should be your attitude my friend. Be relentless.
Financial freedom is something you pursue.
When I lost in Millions and with more than P2 Million in debts, I didn’t give up on my dreams to become financially free.
I didn’t give up having my own business.
Because at the end of the day, it’s not about me. It’s about the future of my kids. As a father, I want them to experience the best life possible.
And I know being an employee won’t make me rich. Alam nating lahat yan.
Naalala mo nung bata ka, you want a toy or you want to eat somewhere but your parents can only respond by…
“Wag yan anak, mahal yan.”
“Wag yan anak, hindi natin kaya yan.”
“Wag yan anak, hindi tayo mayaman.”
I can’t utter those words to my kids. I’ll consider myself a failure if I can’t give them what they want.
I have to dream bigger and work harder for them.
You can only pray all you want, but if you don’t back it up with action; your prayer is just a “wishful thinking.”
Again, starting today you must desire to be free from debt or be free from the cubicle world.
Remember, you are the designer of your future.

How you become a successful businessman gave me the courage to enter into business, especially one that I have to work from home. Actually, I’m already old at 73 years, and the business I want to engage in is for my youngest son, a Registered/Certified Renal Nurse. My son, Joseph Perfecto, had to quit his position as Diualysis Nurse in a Dialysis Center to enroll in a business course-Accountancy and Enterpreneurship. He is now in his last year in the Enterpreneurship Course. I told him about your IBMC class and he is more than interested to join you. Kaya lang, late na at sana kung pwede pa raw siyang humabol sa class mo ngayong Jan. 9, he is going to enroll.

I have dreams, the big ones though i have nothing. My ultimate dream is to have my own school, a college. But i have nothing but debts, though i’m working on it. I want to have small businesses to reach my ultimate dreams. I want to have manpower agency, online business, suppliers of school supply, etc. I know what i want. I have the desire. But the saddest thing is, i don’t know how to get there.

1. To start an online business that will replace ( plus 5 time more) my current income. I want it to be an online and passive business because I detest waking up every morning at 530 am and beating the traffic to get to my office.
2. To be debt free in 2016 onwards.
3. To be able to save money for my retirement. I want to retire before I turn 55.
4. To be able to travel around the world with my children and partner.

But being a overseas worker does not guarantee my finances for the future after my contract in over.
